中国天然材料改性钻井液处理剂现状与开发方向 被引量:6

摘要 天然材料来源丰富、价廉、绿色,在钻井液处理剂中占居重要地位,为总结应用经验,启迪开发思路,从淀粉改性处理剂、纤维素改性处理剂、木质素改性处理剂、腐殖酸改性处理剂、栲胶改性处理剂、植物胶改性处理剂和油脂改性处理剂等方面,对天然材料改性处理剂研究与应用情况进行了综述。分析认为,天然材料改性处理剂在研究、生产和应用方面缺乏延续性,改性方面缺乏新手段和新思路,不重视产品转化和推广应用,且重复现象严重,更多研究以发表文章为目标,没有重视天然改性处理剂所组成钻井液体系的环保性能研究。围绕提高天然材料改性处理剂的产品质量、扩大应用面,今后应重点从改变结构和基团性质,增加基团数量,寻找新的改性方法出发,研制热稳定和剪切稳定性强、易生物降解的绿色处理剂,制备用于处理剂合成的原料等,实现处理剂绿色发展目标。 The natural materials are rich in source and green with low cost,which play an important role on the drilling fluid additives.In order to summarize the application experience and to open and enlighten the development ideas,the research and application of the modified natural material additives were reviewed on the aspects of starch modified additives,cellulose modified additives,lignin modified additives,humic acid modified additives,vegetable tannin extracts modified additives,plant gum modified additives and grease modified additives and so on.The research,production and application of the modified natural material additives have no progress for lacking of new ideas and ignoring product transformation and popularized application.The re-search was focus on publishing a paper instead of environmental protection of the drilling fluid system made by the modified natural material additives.Quality of the product of the modified natural material additives should be improved and its application should be wider.In the future,a new way of modification will be found from the aspect of changing structure and group property and increasing group number.Green additives with strong thermal stability and shear stability and being easy to biodegrade should be developed.Raw mate-rials for the additives synthesis should be prepared.The goal of green development of the additives may be realized.
