摘要
以EP(环氧树脂)、DADGEBA(烯丙基双酚A型EP)和多官能度的DADGEBAES(烯丙基双酚A型环硫/EP)分别作为基体树脂,以T-33作为固化剂,制备了相应的胶粘剂。探讨了不同胶粘剂的凝胶时间、胶膜硬度、对不同基材的高低温剪切强度和接触角等性能,并采用计算机软件模拟法计算出胶粘剂/Al基材表面的相互作用能。结果表明:DADGEBAES胶粘剂可低温快速固化,并且其低温(12℃)初始粘接性能优于DADGEBA胶粘剂,但固化完全后的粘接性能劣于DADGEBA胶粘剂;由DADGEBAES胶粘剂和DADGEBA胶粘剂制成的钢/钢胶接件,其剪切强度高于Al/Al胶接件,并且低温时两者对Al基材的表面浸润性俱佳(接触角均小于90°),DADGEBAES胶粘剂/Al基材的接触角更小、相互作用能更低且热稳定性更好。
With EP(epoxy resin) , DADGEBA (allyl-bisphenol A-EP) and polyfunctional DADGEBAES (allyl- bisphenol Aepisulfide/EP) as matrix resins,respectively,with T-33 as curing agent,the corresponding adhesives were prepared. The some properties such as gelation times of different adhesives,hardnesses of different films, shear strengths at high temperature or low temperature and contact angles on different substrates were discussed, and the interaction energy between adhesive and Al substrate surface was calculated by computer software simulation method. The results showed that the initial bonding property at low-temperature( 12 ℃ ) of DADGEBAES adhesive, which could be fast cured by low temperature,was better than that of DADGEBA adhesive,but the bonding property of DADGEBAES adhesive was lower than that of DADGEBA adhesive when these adhesives were completely cured. The shear strengths of steel/steel bonded samples were higher than those of AI/Al bonded samples when these bonded samples were made by DADGEBAES adhesive or DADGEBA adhesive,and both have good surface wettability on Al substrates at low temperature(both contact angles under 90°). The DADGEBAES adhesive/Al substrate had smaller contact angle,lower interaction energy and better thermal stability.
