常温固化高强度碳纤维复合材料管道修补胶的研究

摘要 通过调整环氧胶A剂中活性稀释剂的用量和B剂中两种固化剂的配比,研究二者对环氧修补胶力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:适当提高活性稀释剂的浓度,并降低B剂中EB-4的含量,可以符合T/CIA B001—2019标准的规定。当w(活性稀释剂XY633)=9%(相对于E51树脂质量而言),B剂中m(EB-3)∶m(EB-4)=8∶2时,得到的配方综合性能较高;其拉伸强度为97.54 MPa,对应的断裂伸长率为2.10%,弯曲强度为105.6 MPa,拉伸剪切强度为19.04 MPa,压缩强度为86.35 MPa。 By adjusting the amount of active diluent in agent A and the ratio of two curing agents in agent B in epoxy adhesive,the effects of them on the mechanical properties of epoxy repair adhesive were studied.The research results showed that increasing the concentration of active diluent appropriately and reducing the content of EB-4 in agent B could meet the provisions of T/CIA B001—2019 standard.When w(active diluent XY633)=9%(relative to the mass of E51 resin),and m(EB-3)∶m(EB-4)=8∶2 in agent B,the formula obtained had the high comprehensive performance.Its tensile strength was 97.54 MPa,the corresponding elongation at break was 2.10%,the bending strength was 105.6 MPa,the tensile shear strength was 19.04 MPa,and the compressive strength was 86.35 MPa.
