浅谈人本主义学习理论对我国传统课堂教学的启示——以学生为中心 被引量:7

摘要 人本主义学习理论下的教育观强调学生是一个个活生生的完整的人,其核心教育理念是以学生为中心,以激发学生的学习动机,挖掘其潜能,更好地达到自我实现的目的。这种理念对改变我国以教师为中心的传统的课堂教学模式有着积极的启示作用。此篇文章将在分析人本主义学习理论主要思想的基础上,重点从五个方面探讨如何做到以学生为中心:改变传统教育观念,尊重学生个性,促进学生全面发展,创造一种民主、平等、和谐、自由的课堂气氛,尊重学生的情感的需求以及构建融洽的师生关系。 The educational view of humanistic learning theory treats an individual student as a whole "man-in-person", centering on learner-centered teaching concept. It will motivate students learning activities, tap their potentials and fulfill their self-actualization purposes at last. We can see that this concept will produce positive enlightenment for China's traditional classroom teachings. In this paper, I will firstly review the main ideas of humanistic learning theory and then mainly focus on the five points as to how to achieve the Learner-centered Teaching classroom: to change the traditional ideas of teachers and students; to respect students' personalities for their all-round development; to create an atmosphere full of democracy, equality, harmony, and freedom; to respect students' affective needs; and to construct a friendly relationship between teachers and students.
