摘要
高碳铬是滚动轴承用钢中应用最广泛的材料。以高碳铬材料为主,分析滚动轴承材料及其热处理方法对其疲劳失效的影响,并提出延长滚动轴承使用寿命的方法。根据滚动轴承常用材料的基本特性,提出了相应的热处理技术规范,并对热处理新技术贝氏体等温淬火,高碳铬轴承钢和高韧性渗碳钢的渗碳、渗氮或碳氮共渗特殊热处理工艺进行了论述。热处理新技术的试验结果表明,其工艺方法对延长滚动轴承使用寿命有一定作用,对相关技术产业具有借鉴意义。
The high-carbon chromium is the most widely used material in the rolling bearing steel. The rolling bearing material on carbon chromium materials ,and heat treatment method of the fatigue failure of proposed method to extend the rolling bearing service life are analyzed.Commonly used materials of rolling bearings ,rolling bearing steel metallurgical quality of the basic requirements of the appropriate heat treatment technology requirements are described.And new technology of heat treatment austempering and carburizing, nitriding or carbonitriding permeation special heat treatment process of carbon chromium bear- ing steel or high toughness carburizing steel are discussed.The extension of the rolling bearing life provides a certain reference to the production practice and also has a practical guiding significance
