摘要
轴箱轴承作为高速列车的关键部件,其性能及可靠性越来越受重视.高碳铬轴承钢是应用最广泛的铁路轴承使用材料.介绍了代表钢种GCr15钢的常规热处理工艺及疲劳失效,论述了热处理新技术,包括贝氏体等温淬火、TD渗金属技术、高能束表面热处理等.新技术的运用进一步提高GCr15钢轴承性能,对相关技术产业的发展具有推动作用.
Since axle box bearings are the key components of high-speed train,their performance and reliability attract more and more attention.High carbon chromium bearing steels are the most widely used materials for railway bearings.Common heat treatment process and fatigue failure of GCr15,a typical of bearing steel,are introduced in the present paper.Novel technologies of heat treatment,including bainite austempering,thermal diffusion technology,high energy beam surface heating treatment,are also discussed.These novel technologies can further enhance the performance of GCr15,and promote the development of related technology industry.
