摘要
研究了20Mn2SiVB贝氏体钢经940℃完全奥氏体化后,再进行不同温度和时间的盐浴等温淬火,通过调整贝氏体的相对含量来控制材料热处理后的组织和综合力学性能。结果表明,20Mn2SiVB在420℃等温淬火时,能获得良好的强韧性配合。
20Mn2SiVB bainite steel after austerniting at 940℃ was isothermal-quenched at different temperature and time in salt-bath,The microstructure and comprehensive mechanical property, after head-treatment was controled by adjusting the content of bainite. The results show that the better match of strength and toughness of 20Mn2SiVB steel can be obtained by isothermal quenching at 420℃.
