摘要
传统的能源利用方式使我国面临能源安全、环境污染等问题,煤炭清洁化利用是解决我国能源安全问题的重要途径,同时也是解决环境问题的必要手段。文章指出,煤炭生产和加工利用需由资源环境制约向环境友好型转变,加快科技创新和新技术研发,以最少的资源和环境消耗,支撑国民经济又好又快发展。
The traditional energy utilization methods would make China faced to the energy security, environment pollution and other problems and the clean coal utilization would be the important access to solve the energy security issue in China and would be necessary means to solve the environment problems. The paper pointed out that the coal production and utilization would need a conversion from a resource environment restriction to an environment friendly, should speed up the technical in- novation and new technology research and development and should support the national economic well and rapid development with less resources and less environment consumption.
