摘要
我国煤炭产业以数量扩张为特点的粗放式发展难以持续,煤炭产业发展必须寻找新的增长动能,才能实现煤炭产业集约、高效、绿色、可持续发展。从国家客观经济发展、煤炭工业发展形势研究煤炭企业新旧动能转换的背景,全面分析了煤炭产业新旧动能转换面临的主要问题,并提出煤炭产业实现新旧动能转换的路径:生产方式上向质量效益型转变,技术水平上向自主创新型转变;企业产品上向产品深加工转变;发展战略上,实现煤电化路运全新能源一体化发展;企业规模上向大集团转变;对外开放向立足世界转变。
The extensive development of China＇s coal industry characterized by quantitative expansion is difficult to sustain. The development of coal industry must find new growth momentum to achieve intensive, efficient, green and sustainable development of the coal industry. This paper studied the background of the new and old kinetic energy conversion of coal enterprises from the perspective of national maeroeconomic development and the development of coal industry, analyzed the main problems faced by the coal industry, and put forward the path to realize the new and old kinetic energy conversion of coal production： technological level to independent innovation type change; enterprise products to deep processing change; development strategy to achieve integrated development; enterprise scale to large groups change; external situation to the world-based change.
