摘要
针对赵庄二号井3#煤层孔裂隙发育程度低、渗透性、润湿性差,煤的坚固性系数大等问题,提出了一套适宜该煤层的降尘注水工艺。同时,对混合注水工艺参数进行分析,并研究了注水压力、注水流量、注水时间三者之间相互关系,进一步明确了难注水煤层最佳注水区域,优化了注水工艺参数。结果表明:注水后,煤体水分含量增加了66.1%,总粉尘降尘率达57.6%,呼吸性粉尘降尘率达56.4%,降尘润湿效果明显。
According to a low porosity fracture development degree, poor permeability and wettability of No. 3 seam in Zhaozhuang No. 2 Mine Shaft and a high solidity coefficient and other problems of coal, a set of the dust control and water injection technique suitable for the seam was provided. Meanwhile an analysis was conducted on the parameters of the mixed water injection technique and a mutual relationship between the water injection pressure, water injection flow and water injection time was studied. The optimal water injection area of the difficult water injection seam was further defined and the water injection technical parameters were optimized. The results showed that after the water injection conducted, the water content of coal was increased by 66. 1%, the total dust control rate was 57.6%, the dust control rate of the respirable dust was up to 56.4% and the dust control and wetting effect was remarkable.
