摘要
因马兰矿12702采煤面粉尘危害严重,拟设计采用多钻孔静压煤层注水技术,从源头减少粉尘产生,并利用采煤机外喷雾、工作面机道全断面水幕帘等降尘技术进行粉尘治理;采用综合降尘技术后,除尘效果显著,其中采煤机下风侧粉尘浓度从748.2 mg/m^(3)和315.7 mg/m^(3),降低至34.2 mg/m^(3)和18.4 mg/m^(3),降尘率分别为95.4%和96.5%,回风巷内距离工作面10 m处全尘和呼尘浓度分别被降至9.3 mg/m^(3)和3.5 mg/m^(3),降尘率分别为97.6%和97.6%。
Due to the serious dust hazard at the 12702 coal face of Malan Colliery,it is planned to adopt the multi borehole static pressure coal seam water injection technology to reduce the dust generation from the source,and use dust reduction technologies such as spray outside the shearer,full face water curtain of the working face machine way to control the dust.After adopting comprehensive dust reduction technology,the dust removal effect is so significant that the dust concentration on the downwind side of the coal mining machine decreases from 748.2 mg/m^(3)and 315.7 mg/m^(3)to 34.2 mg/m^(3)and 18.4 mg/m^(3),with dust reduction rates of 95.4%and 96.5%,respectively.The total dust and exhaled dust concentrations at a distance of 10 meters from the working face in the return air tunnel are reduced to 9.3 mg/m^(3)and 3.5 mg/m^(3),with dust reduction rates of 97.6%and 97.6%,respectively.
