摘要
目的:评价高能超声聚焦热疗联合化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法:62例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分成两组:高能超声聚焦热疗联合化疗组(A组,n=33)和单纯化疗组(B组,n=29)。观察患者治疗的有效率、不良反应率及1年生存率。结果:最终A组和B组患者例数分别为31例和26例。A组治疗有效率为71.0%,B组42.3%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疼痛得到不同程度的缓解,生活质量得到不同程度的改善,且A组的缓解程度和改善程度均高于B组(P<0.05)。A组和B组不良反应发生率没有明显差异(P>0.05)。A组1年生存率为63.0%,B组46.4%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:高能超声聚焦热疗联合化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌更加有效,是值得推广的治疗方案。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and adverse reaction of high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with chemotherapy for advanced pancreatic cancer.Methods：Fifty-seven patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups：high-intensity focused ultrasound combined with chemotherapy（group A,n =31） and only chemotherapy（group B,n =26）.The efficiency,adverse reaction and one-year survival rate were observed.Results：The efficiency of group A and group B were 71.0% and 42.3%,respectively.Compared with pretreatment,the pain and quality of life were improved with different level after treatment,especially in group A（P 0.05,compared with group B）.Compared with group B,the efficiency of group A was statistically significantly increased（P 0.05）.There was no difference of adverse reaction between group A and group B（P 0.05）.There was no difference of one-year survival rate between group A 63.0% and group B 46.4%（P 0.05）.Conclusion：High-intensity focused ultrasound combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer is effective.
