摘要
社会管理创新强调主体多元化、方式民主化、过程协作化,以形成社会管理的合力。大众化是社会管理创新的根本要求。思想政治教育是社会管理的"柔性"部分,要围绕社会管理创新,推进其大众化:教育理念要尊重个体、突出大众,教育机制要拓宽大众参与,教育方法要运用大众载体和方法,教育内容要丰富时代内涵,不断引导大众意识,切实增强思想政治教育的实效性。
The innovation of social management emphasizes on the diversity of subject,democratize of method and collaborative of process so as to come into being composite force of social management.Popularization is the essential requirement for the innovation of social management.Ideological and political education is the soft part of social management.We should put forward its popularization in the field of social management innovation.Educational concept should not only respect individual but also highlight the public.Educational mechanism should let the public involved as more as possible.Educational method should apply mass carrier and method.Educational content should enrich profound connotation of the times,guide the public awareness gradually and amplify the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
