摘要
教学不仅是人发展的中介,也是人"在之中"的世界。学生是意义的追寻者、遭遇者、创造者,教学过程是师生意义探寻、意义赋予和意义创造的过程。教学应承担起关照人意义世界的使命。基于人的"意义生存",教学要关照人的"在场",即关照学生身体与精神、认知与情感、个体与群体的平衡,促进学生生命整体的发展;关照人的"生活",即关照学生的"现在"与"将在";关照人的"意义获得",促进学生认知、思维、情感等整体生命的涌动。
Teaching world is not only the intermediary but also 'in-sein' for man.Students are significance seekers,encounters and creators.The process of teaching is the process in which teachers and students are exploring and experiencing and creating significance.Teaching should be charged with the mission for the man’s significance world.Based on 'significance existence',teaching should be concern with people’s existence,which is to look after the students’ healthy and spirit,emotion and cognition,individual and mass balance,promote the overall development of students’ life.Teaching should be concern with life world,which is to take care of the students’ the reality and the possible life.Teaching should be concern with significance gain,which is to promote students’ cognition and thinking and emotion surging the whole life.
