摘要
本人在一次跨文化教育经历中,体悟到了深藏在教育者骨髓的教育惯习。通过对"意义空心化"和"教育外部化"的表现、相互关系和危害进行剖析,并在对这种教育病态特征进行批判的基础上,本文提出了基于意义探寻和自我领导力发展的教育哲学理路。
Based on one of the author’s cross-cultural talks with the students in an independent school in the USA,this paper reveals some educational habits hidden in educationalists.It analyzes the two educational symptoms: meaningless and externalization of education,and explores the relationship and harm between them.Through criticizing the anti-education nature of the habits,this paper advocates a new educational philosophy according to meaning searching and self-leadership development.
