摘要
高等教育评估离不开价值选择,其所涉价值包括管理价值和教育价值、知识价值和能力价值、社会价值和个人价值、终结性价值和形成性价值。高等教育评估要做到价值前置,先做好评估的价值选择再进行评估方案的设计和评估方法的选择。政府、高校、公众不要被单一评估误导,而要重视综合评估,确保对高校和高等教育判断的全面和准确。此外,以往的高等教育评估在价值选择上重管理价值、知识价值、社会价值和终结性价值,当前的高等教育评估要注意价值纠偏,对教育价值、能力价值、个人价值和形成性价值给予更多重视和强调。
This paper argues that the higher education evaluation cannot do without the choice of value.The values of higher education evaluation include the management value and education value, the knowledge value and the ability value, social value and individual value, the value of Summative evaluation and the value of formative evaluation. In the evaluation of higher education, should first choose a value, and then select the evaluation scheme and evaluation method. The government, universities, and the public should not be misled by a single evaluation, should pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation, and ensure accurate judgment about the universities and higher education. Previously, we weight management value, knowledge value, social value and value of Summative evaluation in the value selection of higher education evaluation;now, we should pay attention to the value of education, ability value, individual value and the value of formative evaluation.
