摘要
护理工作能力的获得与发展离不开护理隐性知识转移,大量经验性的护理隐性知识无法通过常规的课堂教学得到理解和巩固。本文通过对护理隐性知识转化模式分析,探讨社会网络视角下护理隐性知识转移的影响因素,并提出利用社会网络促进护理隐性知识转移的策略。
As the acquisition and development of nursing ability associates a lot with nursing tacit knowl- edge transfer, a large number of empirical nursing tacit knowledge could not be comprehended and cemented through conventional classroom teaching. This article analyzed the social network-based nursing tacit knowledge transfer mod- el, discussed several factors that would influence nursing tacit knowledge transfer from the social network perspective, and proposed certain strategies that would promote nursing tacit knowledge transfer by applying social network.
