摘要
针对蚌埠高新技术企业硬专家偏少、高级专业技术人员不足的现状,提出通过人才外包获取所需人才;按照人才聚集效应理论配置企业人才,实现人才聚集的加总效应。
High-tech enterprises of Bengbu lack hard experts, senior professional and technical personnel. High-tech enterprises can get them through personnel outsourcing. Disposition of talented persons of high- teeh enterprise based on talent aggregation effect theory is an effective way to develop high-tech enterprise in Bengbu.
