摘要
运用文献资料法和对比法,全面综述国内外有关土地细碎化问题的相关研究进展,结果显示:国内外学者对土地细碎化的研究起步早,但进展缓慢,原因一是土地细碎化的概念界定模糊不清;二是土地细碎化的衡量尚未统一;三是研究的方法与数据的获取存在较大局限;四是全面的研究体系尚未建立。指出未来土地细碎化的研究需要突破上述4个方面的局限,结合土地产权制度、农民家庭就业结构、土地可持续利用等方面进行深入研究。
By using documentary data analysis and comparison methods,research progress of land fragmentation at home and abroad was reviewed.The results indicated that： research on land fragmentation by domestic and foreign scholars had an early start but slow progress.The reasons are： ① the concept of land fragmentation has not been defined clear enough;② the measurement of land fragmentation has not been uniformed;③ research methods and data acquisition are quite limited;④ comprehensive research system has not been established.The research on land fragmentation have to break through the above four limitations,and should be explored deeply combined with land property rights system,the employment structure of family farmers,and other aspects of sustainable land use.
