摘要
自由教育、关注学生个体、培养学生批判性思维是牛津大学导师制教学一以贯之的卓越特质。我国本科生导师制在复制模仿的过程中,遭遇"形式主义"困境的根本原因在于文化环境的不同。我们必须在寻求思想共识的基础上,重塑大学理念,还原牛津大学导师制的本来面目,从形式与本质上为其科学发展提供支撑。
The liberal education, attention to students' individual, cultivating students' critical thoughts are always the excellent characteristics of the Oxford's Tutorial System. In the process of imitating, our country's Undergraduate Tutorial System encountered formalism because of the base of seeking ideological consensus, we must remold the idea of a Oxford's Tutorial System to offer support for its scientific development difference of cuhural environment. On the university and restore the real features of both formally and essentially.
