摘要
为了保证矿井提升机安全可靠运行,开发出基于LabVIEW的状态监测与故障诊断系统。实现了对信号的时域分析、频域分析及相关分析,并完成了数据的存储与回放,为提升机故障诊断提供可靠依据。通过具体的实践,证明了该系统应用到矿井提升机故障诊断中是可行、可靠的。
For secure operation of mine hoister this paper designs the condition monitoring and default diagnosing system based on LabVIEW.This system can realize time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis and correlation analysis,besides,accomplishing data storage and dump data,it can provide a great deal of reliable basis for default diagnosis.Through practical application,the results show that the system used in the default diagnosis of mine hoister is feasible and reliable.
