摘要
当前提升机监测系统不能实施监测其运行状态,针对该情况研究一种提升机故障检测系统。此系统已遗传算法为基准,对提升机运行中关键部位的稳定性进行实时检测。试验表明:该系统及时对故障进行报警,可以有效提高提升机的安全性和稳定性。
At present,the hoist monitoring system can not monitor its running state.In view of this situation,a hoist fault detection system is studied.Based on genetic algorithm,this system can detect the stability of the key parts of the hoist in real time.The test shows that the system can effectively improve the safety and stability of the hoist by alarming the faults in time.
