摘要 矿井提升机主要作用是负责煤矿、人员、设备等的垂直运输,结构组成复杂,出现故障风险较大。利用LabVIEW设计矿井提升机故障诊断系统,选择适合于井下环境的传感器,将采集到的信号经过处理放大后传递到上位机,根据信号处理结果做出相应指令,确定故障位置与故障原因。详细介绍系统结构与软硬件组成,故障诊断系统诊断及时,抗干扰能力强,对矿井提升机保护作用明显。 Mine hoist's main role is responsible for the vertical transport of coal,personnel,equipment,etc. Its structure is complex structure and easy to fail. Design the fault diagnosis system of mine hoist using LabVIEW and select the appropriate sensor which is suitable for underground work environment. Collect the signal and amplify it,then transmit it to the host computer. Make the appropriate command based on the results of signal processing,to determine the fault location and fault cause. Introduce the system structure and its hardware and software in detail. The system can diagnose timely and have strong anti-interference ability,and the protective effect of mine hoist is obvious.
