摘要
在煤矿掘进工作中,大多数瓦斯爆炸事故都是因局部通风造成的。由于矿井巷道进尺和风筒阻力的不断加大,伴随着掘进工作的推进瓦斯浓度也会随之增大,因此,瓦斯是否能够及时排放会直接对生产安全造成严重影响,这就需要根据实际的供风和瓦斯排放需求进行通风量的调整,而基于模糊控制的局部通风机系统就是确保正常供风和瓦斯排放的关键。通过简要介绍模糊控制,对局部通风机模糊控制系统的结构及工作原理进行分析,并根据局部通风机的模糊控制进行仿真与分析。
In coal mine production excavation work,most of the gas explosion accidents are caused by local fan.Because of mine roadway footage and ram resistance increasing,with the advancement of excavating work gas concentration will then increase,therefore,the gas whether can timely emissions will directly on production safety cause serious influence,so according to the actual need for wind and gas emission requirements for air quantity adjustment,and based on the fuzzy control of local fan system is to ensure normal for the wind and the gas emission of the key.This paper briefly introduces the fuzzy control,the local fan the fuzzy control system structure and working principle of analysis,and according to local fan fuzzy control simulation and analysis.
