摘要
针对传统矿井提升机变频调速系统存在的因超调量大、控制精度不高导致的矿井提升机调速效果差的问题,提出一种人群搜索优化PID控制器的方法,相较于传统的PID控制调速系统,该系统具有调节速度快和系统鲁棒性好的特点,解决了传统调速系统存在的问题。
Aiming at the problems of traditional mine hoist frequency conversion speed regulation system,such as large overshoot and low control accuracy,the resulting poor speed regulation effect of mine hoist,this paper proposes a seeker optimization algorithm PID,compared with the traditional PID control speed control system,the controller method has the characteristics of fast adjustment speed and good system robustness,which solves the problems existing in the traditional speed control system.
