摘要
煤矿通风机在设计选型时,往往以矿井最大需风量为依据,在生产过程中需风量和矿井阻力特性曲线是变化的;通过对煤矿矿井通风机运行特性及风量调节方式的分析,阐述了变频调速技术在矿井通风机系统中应用的可行性及实施方案;既提高了设备运行效率,满足煤矿安全生产的风量需求,又保护了电机,降低了电能消耗,提高了经济效益。
The largest air volume is the basis of designing and selecting coal mine fans. Air volume and mine resistance curve are changing during the production process. This paper discusses the feasibility and puts forward implementation program of variable frequency technique of coal mine fans by analyzing its operation characteristics and their - flow mode. It improves the operation efficiency of the equipment to meet the needs of safety production in mines, protects the motors, lowers the power consumption and gains the economic benefits.
