摘要
目的建立自身对照法测定橘红丸溶出度。方法采用自身对照法（UV）测定橘红丸的溶出度。采用篮法，溶出介质为0．1mol／L的盐酸溶液（900mL），转速150r／min，取样时间120min。结果橘红丸溶出度测定自身对照法在相当于柚皮苷0．1～1．1μg，mL浓度范围内呈线性（r=0．9999，n=6），平均回收率为101．26％，RSD为2．38％。结论本法简便、准确、可行，可作为橘红丸的质量标准中控制项目之一。
Objective To establish the self-control method for determination of dissolution of Juhong Pills. Methods UV spectrophotometry was applied to determine the dissolution of Juhong Pills. Basket apparatus was used, with 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid as the dissolution medium. The rotation speed was 150 r/min and dissolution time limit was 120 min. Results The linear range of the method was 0.1-1.1μg/mL（equivalent to the concentration of naringin）, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 101.26 %, RSD was 2.38 %. Conclusion This method is convenient, accurate and feasible. It can be applied to determine dissolution of Juhong Pills.
