不同包衣条件下银杏缓释微丸体外释放考察 被引量:20

摘要 目的考察不同包衣条件下银杏缓释微丸的体外释放。方法采用单因素考察及正交设计法。结果以丙烯酸树脂EudragitRL30D和EudragitRS30D为包衣材料,质量比为4∶1,包衣增重10 % (w) ,增塑剂的用量为2 0 % (w ) ,无需熟化,可满足2 4h缓释的要求。结论包衣量。 Objective To prepare Ginkgo biloba extracts coated sustained-release pellets and study the drug release under different coating conditions.Methods Single-factor design and orthogonal experiment were applied to optimize the formulation of coated sustained-release pellets.Results A satisfactory 24 h -sustained release curve can be obtained when the pellets is coated with Eudragit RL30D and RS30D under the optimized formulation and preparing conditions.Conclusions When the weight increased,proportion of two Eudragits and the coating temperature are the main factors which influence the drug release.
