摘要
目的探讨18 G活检抽吸针在肺部疾病中的介入治疗价值。方法在CT导向下,确定病变的穿刺点、穿刺角度和深度,在局麻下进行穿刺,根据抽出物性质或病理结果分别注入不同的药物进行治疗。结果靶向治疗性病例91例,肺囊肿硬化治疗患者12例,包裹性积液及脓胸9例,慢性炎症及肺脓肿靶向治疗32例,肺结核靶向治疗12例,肺癌疗效判定并靶向治疗26例。并发气胸6例,占6.6%(6/91),其中1例作微创性胸腔闭式引流;少量咯血3例,占3.3%(3/91),没有发现致命性并发症。结论使用18 G活检抽吸针对肺部疾病的治疗是一种安全、可靠、有效的方法,值得推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of 18G biopsy needles in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods The puncturing point, angle and depth of cystic lesions were decided on CT. The puncture needle was inserted after local infiltration anesthesia, and then different drugs were injected in it according to the nature of the liquid or histo- logic finding. Results Targeted therapy of 91 cases was completed, sclerosing therapy of pulmonary cysts in 12 cases, encapsulated effusion or pyothorax in 9 cases, chronic inflammation and pulmonary abscess in 32 cases ,tuberculosis in 12 cases, the curative effect evaluation and targeted therapy of Lung cancer in 26 cases. As for complications, 6 (6.6% :6/ 91 )cases suffered pnemothroax, one of them was relieved by closed miniinvasive thoracic drainage. 3 (3.3% :3/91 ) cases experienced mild hemoptysis, no fatal complications was occurred. Conclusion Using 18G biopsy needles in CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy is a safe, reliable and accurate method.
