摘要
目的探讨多靶动脉插管灌注化疗栓塞术介入治疗富血供晚期中心型肺癌的疗效。方法对56例富血供晚期中心型肺癌患者,用Seldinger技术经皮穿刺股动脉插管行多靶动脉灌注化疗栓塞。结果 56例患者临床症状均有明显好转,29例患者1个月后CT复查软组织肿块影明显减小,肺不张明显好转,治疗效果显著。结论多靶动脉插管灌注化疗栓塞术治疗富血供晚期中心型肺癌是一种疗效明显的治疗方法。
Objective To Explore the multi-target embolization arterial infusion chemotherapy for advanced interventional treatment of blood-rich central type lung cancer.Methods Rich blood supply of the 56 cases of central type luSeldinger technique with percutaneous femoral artery line of multi-target arterial chemoembolizationng cancer patients with advanced.Results 56 patients showed significant improvement in clinical symptoms,29 patients one month after the CT review significantly reduced the soft tissue mass in.Significant improvement in atelectasis,A significant therapeutic effect.Conclusion Multi-target arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of advanced rich blood supply central type of lung cancer is a significant effect of treatment.
