摘要
为使小型风力发电机在运行过程中遭遇强风时能及时、安全、有效地受到保护,以300W风力发电机为研究对象,设计了无需人工操作的自动刹车控制系统。对较大功率的风力发电机和类似于需要自动刹车保护的其它设备提供了一定的参考。该系统中机械刹车控制装置,采取了曲柄摇杆机构,用电磁铁作为驱动部件,以"死点位置"进行刹车,而需要解除刹车时用复位弹簧解除刹车。该刹车系统具有既保证了刹车装置工作的可靠性,又只在短暂的刹车或解除刹车动作过程中消耗较小的电能即可刹车的特点。
To ensure small wind turbines can be safely and effectively protected in operational conditions while suffering strong wind,300W wind turbine was studied and designed with a automatically brake control system without manually operation.It aid reference to large power wind turbine with refer to automatically brake protection.The mechanical brake control equipment in the system ensures the reliability and reduces the consumption of power.It brakes with "singularity position" and releases brake with offsetting spring by using crank and rocker mechanism with electromagnet as drive assembly.By means of compare with other braking systems,this system only consumes little power to complete the task in the process of short-lived braking or releasing the brake.
