摘要
针对传统的液压驱动机械刹车所存在的问题,将电磁涡流刹车技术引进到风力发电机的刹车系统中,提出了电磁涡流刹车作为风力发电装置辅助刹车的方案。根据机械刹车不同安装位置,提出了3套刹车系统方案。对它们进行受力分析,比较得出最佳方案。在分析传动系统的运行机理基础上,推导出了刹车系统的柔性轴数学模型。该模型能正确反映刹车特性、且易于数值仿真的实现。
According to the problems existed in the conventional hydraulic brake system, the technique of electromagnetic eddy current brake is introduced into braking system of wind turbine and the project of electromagnetic eddy current brake used as auxiliary brake in wind-driven generator is pointed out. Three sets of braking systematic projects are pointed out based on the different installation positions of mechanical brake. After analyzing the force of the three constructions, the best project is obtained. On the basis of analyzing operating mechanism of driven system, the flexible shaft mathematical model of braking system is deduced.This model can adequately reflect the braking characteristics and is easy to simulate by computer.
