摘要
目前能源领域社会不公正现象的存在已经严重阻碍社会公正理念的落实,解决能源不公问题已成为维护社会公平正义的重要途径与营造公平社会环境的重要体现。能源领域社会公正的基本保障策略应该保证社会制度的公正以解除能源领域实现社会公正的实践障碍,促进伦理观念更新以解除能源领域实现社会公正的主观障碍,保持经济正义以完善能源领域实现社会公正的支持手段。
Injustice in energy sector has become a serious social problem and constitutes an obstacle to the imple- mentation of social justice. The maintenance of fairness in energy field seems to have become an important ap- proach to achieving social justice and an important manifestation to build a fair social environment. The basic strategies to safeguard social justice in energy field should involve removing the objective obstacles by ensuring the impartiality of energy-related laws, smashing the subjective barriers by emphasizing the social ethics, as well as maintaining the economic justice.
