摘要
企业文化落地的关键环节是企业文化认同。本文从企业文化认同的视角,研究探讨了影响企业文化落地的动力学因素。理论分析和实证研究说明,个体价值观与企业价值观的契合度、个体工作需求满意度、企业声誉、企业文化独特性、企业沟通、企业公平是产生企业文化认同并促使企业文化落地的重要动力因素。文章围绕这些因素,提出了帮助企业文化落地的具体建议和措施。
Let the corporate value accepted by the employees and become their behavior are the culture landing must solve problem. The key step for culture landing is culture identification. From the Perspective of culture identification, this paper analysis the influences factors for culture landing. The theory and empirical study show that the personal-organization fit, personal satisfaction, corporate reputation, corporate culture character, corporate communication, corporate fair are the important influences factors for culture landing. In order to make culture landing more effective, some suggestions are also put forward on how to improve influences factors.
