摘要
综观组织认同的相关研究,西方居多,中国较少,且西方组织认同研究多集中于心理学和管理学领域,定量研究居多,定性分析较少。在借鉴西方组织认同的理论框架和研究方法时应保有反思精神,对中国组织认同研究的制度基础和时代特征给予充分关注。与西方制度背景和社会基础有很大不同,中国社会的单位制根基和转型社会特征使得中国组织认同研究更为复杂和独特;此外,伴随社会发展与时代变迁,组织的结构与管理方式均发生了深刻变化,网络化时代的来临更是进一步从根本上改变了认同的建构方式。因此,我们需要对中国组织认同研究的独特性和时代性给予关注,以期丰富并深化中国组织认同研究。
Westem researches on organizational identification, which has been much more than those in China, are mainly quantitative rather than qualitative analyses from the perspectives of psychology and management science. While learning the western theoretical framework and research methods, Chinese researchers should remain retrospective in their study, paying due attention to the institutional ground and characteristics of the times in studying organizational identifica- tion. Different from western society, the Danwei (unit) institution tradition and transformation of Chinese society makes the research on organizational identification unique and more complicated. In addition, along with the development of the society and the change of the time, profound changes have occurred in the structure and managing methods of organiza- tions. And the coming of the network age further changed the way of identity construction. Therefore, we need to ac- knowledge the uniqueness and contemporary settings of research on organizational identification in China so as to enrich and deepen the research in this respect.
