摘要
跟腐败类话题相关的谣言极易引发全社会的轰动,微博已成为此类谣言传播的平台。现象的背后反映出的是公众的仇官心理,仇官心理左右公众情绪与行为。基于谣言生成因素的理论研究,从微博传播层面和公众心理层面探讨此类谣言的发生机制。基于5W传播理论,思考腐败类微博谣言的发生过程,并提出治理此类谣言的策略:止于智者、止于公开、止于及时、止于机制、止于法治、止于技术。探索性地构建出反腐败类微博谣言治理的架构。
Rumors associated with the topic of corruption can easily lead to the sensation of the whole society, microblogging has become such a rumor platform. The phenomenon behind reflected public official hatred psychological, the psycholog-i cal mechanisms affect public mood and behavior. Based on theoretical study of rumors generates, the paper investigated occurrence of rumorsmechanismfromthe views ofmicro-blogging propagation level and public psychological level. Based on 5W communication theory, thinking process the corrupt class micro-blogging rumors occurrence and proposed strategy that governance of such rumors： wise boycott, public information, timely refute rumors, mechanism establishment, legislation, technology RD. The paper exploratory proposed corrupt class micro-blogging rumors governance framework.
