摘要
建立突发事件的信息公开机制,是保障公众的知情权、加强群众监督、提高应急效率、有效预防和应对突发事件的需要。为此,要进一步完善新闻发言人制度,建立预警信息发布机制,构建多层次的信息公开平台,加快信息公开的法制化建设,建立与媒体之间的沟通与合作机制。同时要坚持信息公开的主动及时、真实有效、口径一致、正确引导、实时监控等原则。
It's necessary to establish the opening mechanism of information of emergent events in order to safeguard the public's right to know,strengthen people's supervision,enhance the efficiency of emergency and thus effectively prevent and deal with emergent events.Therefore,spokesman system should be further perfected,early warning mechanism for disseminating information be established,multi-level public information platform be constructed,legal construction of information disclosure be accelerated as well as the mechanism of communication and cooperation with media be established.Meanwhile,it's necessary to adhere to such principles as making information known timely and initiatively,real and effective,unanimously agreed,proper guidance and monitoring,and timely supervision and control.
