摘要
零电压开关控制的DC/DC变换器在中大功率应用场合受到越来越多的关注,并被广泛地应用到工程中,其可靠性受到人们的重视。本文介绍了零电压开关控制的原理和现在较为常用的零电压开关控制芯片UCC3895芯片,并用该芯片完成一台15V/48V的DC/DC变换器设计,给出了电路主要参数的设计和初步的实验结果。
DC/DC converter with zero voltage switching control has attracted more and more attention in high power applications,and has been widely applied to engineering.This paper introduces the zero voltage switching control principle and the chip of UCC3895 that commonly used in zero voltage switch control,which designs a 15V/48V DC/DC converter.The circuit and the preliminary experimental results is given in this paper.
