摘要
为了提高交变磁场发生器的电能利用率,结合单相逆变技术和二阶电路工作原理设计出一款具有节能作用的交变磁场发生器.该磁场发生器利用MOSFET作开关,通过单相逆变电路在磁场发生线圈内产生幅值和频率可调的交变电流,从而在空间感应出交变磁场.交变磁场作用结束后,控制相应MOSFET导通或者关断,该磁场发生器能够将线圈内的电流回馈给储能电容,达到节能再利用的效果.实验结果表明:该磁场发生器的节能率为77.1%~79.6%,节能再利用率为75.6%~80.2%,提高了系统的能量利用率.
In order to improve the power utilization rate of alternating magnetic field generator (AMFG) , this paper develops an energy saving alternating magnetic field generator (ESAMFG) combined with single-phase inverter technology and the principle of second-order circuit. The ESAMFG which uses MOSFET as switches utilizes single-phase inverter circuit to produce an alternating current with adjustable amplitude and frequency in the magnetic field coil, making the coil induce an alternating magnetic field in space. At the end of alternating magnetic field, the ESAMFG can make the coil current recycle to the energy storing capacitor for energy conservation and re-use by controlling the corresponding MOSFET turned on or off. Experimental results show that,the energy saving rate is in the range of 77.1% -79.6%, the energy saving re-use rate is in the range of 75.6%-80.2%, and the design improves the energy efficiency.
