摘要
针对石油钻井机直流传动电驱设备频繁地从空载到满载变化而引起的冲击性无功功率,使电压产生剧烈波动、供电质量严重下降的问题,提出了对石油钻机可控硅整流器(SCR)电驱动系统进行无功补偿和谐波抑制。分别分析了系统谐波和无功的产生原因,并对比鉴别了各方案。为克服按总谐波源配置的APF系统存在的各种问题,提出对每台SCR传动系统配套一台APF系统的方案。根据石油钻机SCR电驱动系统的无功特点,提出采用静止无功发生器(SVG)补偿无功,并对该装置进行了设计。通过实测波形对比,显示出该装置的优越性。
For the oil drilling equipment of mechanical and electrical driving frequently caused by the change from no load to full load the impact of reactive power,the voltage generated volatility in serious decline in quality of supply problems,put forward SCR drilling rigs for oil-free electric drive system for reactive power compensation and harmonic suppression.The system harmonics and reactive causes are analyzed,and the various options identified is compare.In order to overcome the total harmonic source by the APF system configurations exist in a variety of issue,each of the SCR drive system,is supported by a single APF system programs.Under the oil-drilling rig SCR electric drive system,the reactive characteristics of proposed compensation for non-use of SVG Gong and the design of the device.By com-paring the measured waveform,the superiority of the device is showed.
