摘要 论研究单自由度系统强迫振动时振动能量与振动疲劳寿命之间关系,然后用ANSYS/FE-SAFE软件对简支梁进行横向弯曲振动疲劳分析,结果表明,在一定范围内,振动能量越大,振动疲劳寿命越短,反之亦然,因此可以用振动能量对设备状态进行评价。对于测得的速度信号,可通过时域或频域积分的方法求得位移进而得到振动能量,也可以对信号进行频谱分析得到各频率下的幅值从而求得振动能量,后者更加方便准确。最后使用健康度定量描述设备的健康状态。 Theoretical research was done on the relationship between vibration energy and fatigue life of single degree of freedom system in the case of forced vibration,then carrying out fatigue analysis of the transverse bending vibration of beam with ANSYS/FE-SAFE software.The results show that: in a certain range the greater the vibration energy,the vibration fatigue life shorter and vice versa,so vibration energy can be used to evaluate the status of equipment.For the measured velocity signal,displacement by time or frequency domain integral method can be obtained and then vibration energy was got,also the frequency spectrum analysis of signal was carried out to obtain the amplitudes under each frequency and then the vibration energy was got.The latter is more convenient and accurate.At last the health degree was used to describe the health status of the device quantitatively.
