摘要
基于通频振动幅值的状态评价方法,虽然简单、直观,但并不能够准确详细地反映机械设备的运行状态。基于此,提出一种基于频谱频段的旋转机械运行状态评价方法。该方法使用频谱各频段的振动烈度作为状态评价参数,以健康度值来定量评价机械运行状态。将该方法应用于风机的运行状态评价中,结果表明:该方法可以对不同频段所对应的故障进行定量的评估,在对故障进行辨识和定位的同时,并能够标示出故障的严重程度。
The condition evaluation method based on vibration amplitude is simple and intuitive, but it is not precise and detailed enough for machinery condition evaluation. A new method of condition evaluation based on spectrum band was proposed. In this method, frequency vibration intensity was used as the state evaluation parameters, and the health degree was used to quantitatively evaluate the rotating machinery condition. This approach was applied to the fan running evaluation. The results show that using this method, the faults can be quantitatively evaluated corresponding to various frequency bands. While the fault is identified and located, the ex- tent of failure can also be specified.
