摘要
本文介绍某船舱用升降装置的振动试验与分析情况,分别使用频域计算方法对升降装置的试验结果进行了振动加速度和振动烈度计算分析,使用有限元方法对升降装置进行模态分析,计算了升降装置的固有频率和振型,并对比分析了升降装置在激振频率低倍频与模型固有频率的关系。计算分析表明,升降装置的振动强度小、振动特型符合优良的工作要求,说明升降装置的固有频率与转动频率各倍频接近时,易产生较大的振动力,对产品控制振动特性的设计具有一定的指导意义。
This paper introduces the vibration test and analysis of a ship's cabin lifting device,calculates and analyses the vibration acceleration and intensity of the lifting device test results by using frequency domain calculation method,and carries out modal analysis of the lifting device by using finite element method,calculates the natural frequencies and modes of the lifting device,and compares and analyses the relationship between the low frequency multiplication of the excitation frequency and the natural frequency of the model of the lifting device.The calculation and analysis show that the vibration intensity of the lifting device is small and the vibration characteristics meet the excellent working requirements.It also shows that when the natural frequencies of the lifting device are close to the rotational frequencies,it is easy to produce greater vibration force,which has a certain guiding significance for the design of product control vibration characteristics.
