摘要
采用有限元法,对6M32A氮氢气压缩机曲轴进行了实际运行工况下的三维建模,研究了整个曲轴的应力和变形状态,校核了曲轴在交变载荷下的静强度和疲劳强度,为压缩机曲轴的改进设计提供了有价值的理论依据。
By means of FEM (Finite-Element Method), this paper set up a 3-dimentional model under the practical operation condition for 6M32A Nitrogen-hydrogen compressor' s crankshaft. The stress and distortion of the crankshaft are investigated, and the static and fatigue strength of crankshaft under changing load are also examined. This model analysis will provide valuable theoretic basis for the improvement of the compressor' s crankshaft,
