摘要
以N485柴油机为例,利用动力学仿真软件ADAMS和有限元分析软件ANSYS,辅以手工编程相结合的方法,研究了复杂变载荷作用下内燃机曲轴系刚体动力学和曲轴强度分析.结果表明,曲轴颈表面的动应力沿轴颈轴向和周向分布与动态油膜压力沿轴向和周向分布规律密切相关;曲轴颈表面的动应力随时间的变化与曲轴系的动力学响应密切相关.
In this study,the N485 Diesel Engine is specifically used for dynamics simulation based on ADAMSTM and ANSYSTM programming.Subsequently,the dynamics and strength analyses are conducted on the crankshaft system of internal-combustion engines under complicated variable loading.Consequently,it can be found from results that the axial and radical distributions of dynamic stress on journal surface are closely associated with those of dynamic pressure on oil membrane.Further elaborated,the stress variation on the...
