摘要
利用甲磺酸培氟沙星与氯冉酸在甲醇介质发生荷移反应,建立了荷移分光光度法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星含量的方法。结果表明,荷移反应生成1∶1型配合物,最大吸收波长为530nm,甲磺酸培氟沙星线性范围为2.25×10-8—3.38×10-6mol/L浓度内,回收率为98.7%—101.4%。
Base on the charge-transfer reaction between pefloxacin mesylate and chloranilic acid in methanol solution,a spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of pefloxacin mesylate in preparations.The experimental results show that the composition ratio of the complex is 1∶1,the linear range of the determination is 2.25×10-8—3.38×10-6mol/L,at maximum absorption wavelength 530nm,and the recovery is 98.7% to 101.3%.
