摘要
以2,3-二氰-5,6-二氯-1,4-对苯醌为电子受体,建立了基于荷移反应的荧光光谱法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星。试验表明,在丙酮-甲醇(1∶4)的介质中于10℃反应20min,可得到荧光强度显著增强的稳定n-π配合物。甲磺酸培氟沙星在0.1~10μmol/L浓度范围内与荧光强度的线性关系良好,检测限为0.0079μmol/L。
The fluorescence spectrometric method for the determination of pefloxacin mesylate was established based on charge-transfer reaction with 2,3-dichloro-5,6-dicyano-1,4-benzoquinone (DDQ) as the electron acceptor. The results showed that the steady n-π complex with reinforced fluorescence intensity could be obtained in the medium of acetone-methanol (1 : 4) after reaction for 20min at 10℃. The calibration curve of pefloxacin mesylate was linear in the range of 0.1-10μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.0079 μmol/L.
