摘要
目的评价该院氨溴索注射类药物的利用情况,了解目前该药的用药趋势,为其临床合理用药提供参考。方法抽取该院2012年7月非儿童住院患者应用氨溴索注射类药物处方,以限定日剂量值、用药频度,药物利用指数为主要指标进行统计分析。结果该院7月份氨溴索注射类药物的用药频度为2 986,药物利用指数为0.95;呼吸科用药频度最高为1 274,心胸外科药物利用指数最高为2.68。结论该院氨溴索注射类药物用药基本合理。在用药合理性判定时,除依据常规判断指标外,尚需考虑药物的最新研究进展及用药趋势,正确做出评价。
Objective To evaluate the utilization of ambroxol injection in inpatients of the second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University and to understand the current trend of the medication so as to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use.Methods W e extracted the ambroxol injection prescriptions from hospitalization prescriptions of our hospital in July 2012,and excluded the children＇s prescriptions.The defined daily dose,defined daily dose system and drug utilization index were used as the main indicators of statistical analysis.Results The defined daily dose system of ambroxol injection in July was 2 986,and the drug utilization index was 0.95;The defined daily dose system of Department of Respiration was 1 274,and the drug utilization index of cardiothoracic surgery was to a maximum of 2.68.Conclusions The use of ambroxol injection is basically rational in our hospital.When judging the rationality of drug use,it＇s necessary to consider the latest research progress and trend of drug use,in addition to the conventional indicators,to make the right evaluation.
