摘要
目的通过调查医院老年住院患者盐酸氨溴索注射液超说明书规定用药的现状,发现存在问题,并进行合理性分析,为临床合理使用盐酸氨溴索注射液以及药师评判其处方的合理性提供参考和依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集已出院的239例使用盐酸氨溴索注射液患者的病例,对超说明书用药患者年龄、使用剂量、用药诊断、给药方式及频次、疗程等指标进行统计分析。结果在调查的239例使用盐酸氨溴索注射液的患者中,超说明书用药230例,占96.23%;超说明书用药诊断主要集中在慢性阻塞性肺疾病及肺间质性疾病,比例分别为84.15%和9.15%。结论盐酸氨溴索注射液超说明书用药在老年住院患者呼吸系统疾病的治疗中普遍存在,超剂量、超适应证使用现象突出,其合理性、安全性和确定性均值得商榷。
Objective To investigate the off-label drug use of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injections in hospitalized elderly patients in our hospital .and to provide the reference and basis for its rational use .Methods By using the method of retrospective survey , 239 cases were investigated in terms of age ,dose of drug ,cure ,medicine diagnosis ,and expense ,etc .Results The ratio of off-la-bel use cases was 96 .23% .The off-label drug use was mainly in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and interstitial lung dis-ease ,occupied 84 .15% and 9 .15% respectively .Conclusion Off-label use of Ambroxol Hydrochloride Injections generally exists in the treatment of respiratory diseases among hospitalized elderly patients .
