天津大港近岸海域生物体内重金属、石油烃含量及其安全风险评价 被引量:17

摘要 于2010年11月对天津大港近岸海域生物样品中重金属及石油烃的质量比进行了调查研究,并运用金属污染指数法分析了各种生物体内重金属污染程度的差异。各类生物体内重金属污染程度从高到低为毛蚶、口虾蛄、扁玉螺、鹰爪虾、短蛸、鱼、日本鲟。综合国内现有的海洋生物污染标准,如海洋生物污染评价标准、人体消费卫生标准、无公害食品水产品中有毒有害物质限量及海洋贝类生物质量标准等,选用各类标准中污染因素的最低限值,运用单因子污染指数法对生物体重金属和石油烃污染进行安全评价。结果表明,该海域海产品主要受到Pb、Cd的污染,并且在各类海洋生物体中,毛蚶受这两种元素污染较严重,应当引起足够的重视。 The present article is inclined to introduce our investigation results on the health-threatening hazard evaluation of heavy-metal and oil-residue concentration in the marine organisms in the offshore area in Dagang,Tianjin.The material we have collected is mainly based on the monitoring data of the content concentration of Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn,Hg,As and the oil residue hydrocarbon content from the 980 samples of 7 species of the marine organisms from 6 surveying stations in above said area in November,2010.At the same time,we have also made analysis on the content level of the heavy metals in the species of marine creatures in the different nearby areas by using the metal pollution index method.The results of our assessment showed that the content of Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn,Hg,As and the oil residue hydrocarbon in the above said organisms can be listed as 0.35-18.9,0.03-1.80,0.01-0.66,5.59-48.73,0.01-0.02,0-0.13 and 3.39-17.36,respectively.From the analysis results,it can be seen that the contents of the above said heavy metals in Scapharca subcrenata were the highest and most serious,and the same is true with the contents of oil-residue hydrocarbon in the body of Octopus ocellatus.The sequential order of the heavy metal contents in the organisms stands as follows: Scapharca subcrenata Oratosquilla oratoria Neverita didyma Trachypenaeus curvirostris Octopus ocellatus Engraulis japonius Charybdis japonica.As is known,there exist some few assessment standards available for such analysis both at home or abroad.In order to keep the safe living of such marine creatures,the sea-food use-safety and security standards makers have always been trying to take the minimalist limit on illustrating pollution indexes concerned.At the same time,there is also the single factor index method to be applied to analyze the heavy metal contamination and that of the oil-residue in the body of organisms.According to the results of the single factor index,the contamination of Pb and Cd is the main pollution factors.In all kinds of the organisms,Scapharca su
